Animation isn’t just for kids. From navigating the legacies of history and confronting inner demons to celebrating artistic expression and overcoming personal tragedy, these stories show us that animation can capture the depth of our struggles and triumphs in powerful, imaginative ways. With stories that are as bold as they are beautiful, these films remind us that animation is more than just a medium—it’s a way of seeing the world. Each film invites us to step into a world where creativity knows no bounds and emotions run deep, proving that animated stories aren’t just seen—they’re felt.
The War Torn Drum
Dir. Derek A. Ham / 10 minutes

wanted criminal.
The Whole Armor
Dir. Chivas Davis / 10 minutes
A group of teenagers from South Florida are faced with socio-emotional issues, challenges and sins that manifest into demons. The young people must then enter a spiritual realm to fight the demons to get their real lives back on track. They must learn to equip themselves with The Whole Armor in order to even face the demons. Each armor reflects the culture, heritage, and the community of the armor bearer. In the spiritual realm each teen is given a God-Power that enhances their fighting ability and gives them unique superhuman gifts. The young people are also affected as the demons possess those around them, which changes the reaction and outcomes of their lives. The demons are powered by but not limited to lies, cheating, stealing, vanity, hypocrisy, lust and pride. When the demons enthrall their victims, a range of emotions run wild and bad decisions are made. What happens in the spiritual realm is manifested in the physical world and so every day a fight ensues in spiritual warfare.
