The Queen City Film & Television workshop is a nonprofit community organization committed to providing free exposure and training in film and television production to students in underserved communities.

The goal of the organization is to provide access to equipment and professional production environments. Close interaction with industry professionals who excel in their fields. College advisement emphasizing competitive tv film production programs. Career Guidance and Job Placement round off the program.

A partnership between QCFTVW and the Queen City Film Festival (NJ) will produce a youth film festival in compliment of the annual cinema festival which attracts over one hundred emerging and award winning filmmakers from around the world.  The festival is held annually in late October in historic Plainfield New Jersey. 

 

Partial proceeds from the 2019 festival are used to finance the Future Filmmakers Club Program and will culminate in a student produced short film and screening at the end of the academic year.
